Purpose

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Media Publish service, published by SARL Interstellar, available at app.media-publish.com. The service allows users to connect social media accounts, and to prepare, schedule, and publish content from a single interface.

Access to the service

Access to the service requires creating an account. Connecting your social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram/Meta, etc.) is done exclusively through each platform's official authorization mechanism (OAuth). You can revoke these authorizations at any time, either directly from the relevant platform's settings or from your Media Publish account.

User obligations

Use the service in compliance with applicable law and with the terms of use of any connected third-party platforms.
Do not publish content that is unlawful, misleading, or in violation of platform rules.
Keep your login credentials confidential.

Liability

Media Publish acts as a technical tool for scheduling and publishing content. Responsibility for published content rests with the user. Media Publish cannot be held liable for interruptions, changes, or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms on their own APIs.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Deleting your account revokes connections to social media accounts and deletes associated data, in accordance with our Data Deletion Policy.

Changes to these Terms

SARL Interstellar reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
