Data Deletion Policy

Media Publish allows any user to request the deletion of their personal data and any data associated with connected social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram/Meta, etc.), in accordance with the GDPR and third-party platform requirements.

How to request data deletion

You can request deletion of your data in two ways:

From your Media Publish account, in account settings, using the account deletion option.
By emailing [email protected], specifying the email address associated with your account.

What gets deleted

Access tokens and authorizations linked to connected social media accounts.
Scheduled or pending content.
Publishing history associated with your account.
Profile and account information (name, email).

Revoking access on third-party platforms

In addition to deleting your data with Media Publish, you can directly revoke the app's access at any time from the security / connected apps settings of TikTok, Instagram, or Meta.

Processing time

Any deletion request is processed within a maximum of 30 days. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the deletion is complete.
